Welcome to Campus Connect by Baatasari (the “Platform”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Baatasari. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
1. Eligibility & accounts
Access requires signing in with a Google account whose email belongs to a college registered on the Platform. You must have a verified email address. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure.
2. Roles
Accounts may hold one of several roles — student, club member, campus ambassador, or administrator. Each role grants specific permissions. We may grant, change, or revoke roles to keep the Platform running fairly and securely.
3. Events & tickets
- Clubs are responsible for the accuracy of their event listings.
- A ticket is confirmed only after payment is completed; an unpaid hold is released automatically after the reservation window.
- Entry to an event is subject to a valid, unused ticket QR code presented at the venue.
4. Payments & fees
Paid tickets are processed by our payment provider. A platform fee may apply per ticket and is shown before you pay. You authorize the charge shown at checkout. Refund eligibility is determined by the hosting club and applicable law.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Platform — including attempting to bypass access controls, scrape data, disrupt service, submit fraudulent payments, or impersonate others. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
6. Content
You retain ownership of content you submit (event details, images, descriptions), and grant Baatasari a license to host and display it for the purpose of operating the Platform. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you post.
7. Disclaimers & liability
The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Baatasari is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or attendance at events.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
